Hi

Mathematical Definition of Randomness:

mathematics, probability, and statistics use formal definitions of randomness. In mathematics, a random variable is a way to assign a value to each possible outcome of an event

Lottery Management Theory is a theory I have been working on for many months and will continue to work on.
I often wondered why my selected lottery numbers failed to pay out what they were indented to do in the first place. Some lotto players on the other hand regularly win. Not necessarily huge sums but nevertheless something. So during some of my moments of hibernation or incognito episodes decided to look at the lotto numbers a little closer and see where I was going wrong. The results were quite interesting ( to me that is) and even though I haven't won the big one yet, remain convinced if I spent enough time analyzing the numbers it would improve my chances substantially. The lottery is not predictable and is a game of luck and chance however some believe that there is a theory. If you are one of these people then download my Lottery Management theory. Registration is free and will allow you to download my Lottery Management Theory
Clearly the lottery is a game of chance and I would not suggest people change their numbers based on my theory however use it as a tool to maybe improve some chances or just to see how your lotto numbers have been doing over the years, well since the start of the lottery. Here is an interesting link that explains the mathematics behind the lottery by Wiki :-).
This is also pretty cool if you just enjoy Excel formula and want to see how these or at least some can be integrated into a lottery calculation tool or any other theory you might have.
My theory is calculated and based on the UK National Lottery however can be adapted to your national lottery statistics from whereever your country is and of course if there is a lottery to be played.

In order to keep track on the lottery management theory downloads I have changed access to the file to registered users only. Once you have registered the file will be accessible for download.

It would also be nice to receive feedback

Excel Lottery management and Theory

It takes only two clicks of a button
1.Click Refresh will download latest results into tables
2 Click Update will calculate and tidy everything up.

Important
In order to see how your numbers are performing since the start of the UK National Lottery, go to the tab that is labeled NumberCalc. In cell O17 add your numbers. You can add up to 6 lines. The comparison line is there to analyze the latest numbers drawn and shouldn't be altered. Numbers highlighted in grey were in the draw selected from the date in A1. The rest will automatically update for you.
I have left a few comments in some of the cells until I have completed the help file. Hover over them and they will describe what they are for e.g. Click on Cell A1 in worksheet 'Number Calculations'. This will allow you to select from a drop down list to view specific dates. This also applies to Cell N5 where you can select which line of numbers you wish to view stats on.
The cells between X and AD will allow you to view the number of days between your numbers selected since they last occurred.
There are many many functions to this theory and would suggest before you start messing about with it to save it so you can go back to it at anytime
